Avoid at all costs….
1.0It was the cheapest for a reason…
− Room was absolutely filthy, shower had hairs everywhere and the bed sheets were stained. Threatened by the locals that were using the pub and they said the van wouldn’t be there in the morning when we woke up…. We had to leave and book another place.
Horrendous customer service and awful behaviour from other residents.
1.0Staff on arrival were friendly.
− We stayed for two nights, and unfortunately our second night completely ruined the experience. The room next to us had at least 10 people coming and going throughout the night. There was constant banging, shouting and screaming, and when we opened our door, we witnessed what appeared to be drug use in the corridor. Feeling unsafe and unable to sleep, we reported the situation to the management. The response from management was shocking. They came to investigate but dismissed our concerns, ridiculed us, and became confrontational when we challenged their attitude. It was only after we mentioned that we were prepared to call the police that they finally spoke to the occupants next door. Unfortunately, the noise only stopped for around 20 minutes before it started all over again. The disturbance continued until around 6am, with no apparent consequences for the people causing it. We got virtually no sleep, and the lack of action from management was completely unacceptable. We would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. A guest should feel safe, be treated with respect when raising legitimate concerns, and be able to get a decent night's sleep. Sadly, this place failed on all three counts.

− Room was very smelly, 100s of cigarette butts outside of window on flat roof, carpet dirty, bed base ripped, toilet dirty. No food available as advertised, but I wouldn't have eaten there anyway. The clientele/customers let the place down. The language from some of the middle-aged women who were trying to act like the older men was disgusting! Drugs are taken openly in the bar. Just very badly managed.

− I don't like it because there was music playing and we can hear in the room. We were with a child and we couldn't sleep or rest.
