Thank you to everyone at Ancient Hue Houses for an amazing six days. We have had the best time in your spa, restaurants, pools and bar. Our room in the garden house was perfection. Your staff are wonderful and welcoming every single one of them! Such lovely touches, the complimentary massage and discounts on meals in your 2 excellent restaurants. You all go above and beyond and we are so grateful and feeling restored. A million stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very beautiful hotel that really aligns with a visit to Hue and immerses you in the experience. All the details were beautiful, and the pool was lovely and relaxing. I loved the jasmine flowers planted all around the pool the let their aroma float around you as you swim. The breakfast offerings were diverse and I appreciated that there were plenty of options for vegan and gluten free folks. It was also nice that you could order as much as you wanted, and it wasn't a buffet. As a person with allergies, buffets are my nightmare, so it was a definite bonus for me. We also got massages at the spa, which were really lovely and relaxing. One of the better massages I had in 4 weeks in Vietnam.

− Not a problem for us, but something to note - you do need to use the mosquito net while sleeping because there are some tiny gaps to the outside in the walls of the building. The hotel sends a flurry of staff to prepare the mosquito net and turn down the room for bed, however the mosquito net makes it a little challenging to get into and out of the bed. One problem we came across was that none of the outlets by the bed were working, so we had to charge our devices across the room. Not the end of the world, but didn't align with how nice the rest of the hotel appeared to be.

Hele mooie accommodatie, heel sfeervol met prachtige kamers. We werden heel gastvrij ontvangen en konden ondanks dat we erg laat aankwamen nog eten in het restaurant. Het eten in het restaurant is erg goed. Van het ontbijt hadden we wat meer verwacht.

− Helaas kwam aan onze goede ervaring snel een eind toen het bed van de eenpersoonskamer van een garden house onder en boven de lakens onder de beestjes zat en hun uitwerpselen. We weten niet precies wat het was, maar mogelijk bedwantsen. Het leek erop dat deze kamer weinig gebruikt is, waardoor dit zo ver kon gaan. Het personeel schrok hier ook van en heeft zich verontschuldigd en ons op verschillende manieren gecompenseerd. Dat was natuurlijk heel fijn, maar het heeft onze ervaring en verblijf wel beïnvloed.

We loved everything about our stay at this beautiful hotel. Our family had two French villa rooms and one of the garden houses. They were all stunning. We loved the pool areas and had divine treatments in the spa.
