− Very disappointing experience. The property looked nothing like the photos advertised. The accommodation had serious mould issues and an unhealthy environment, to the point where we did not feel safe staying there and were forced to leave. Because of this, we had to urgently pay for another accommodation ourselves, which created unnecessary stress and extra costs during our trip. What made the situation even worse was the extremely poor communication. Responses were very slow or nonexistent, and despite us leaving the property, the reservation was not properly cancelled or resolved. We are also still waiting for a refund, even though we did not stay at the property or use any of the facilities, including the breakfast that we paid extra for. Overall, this experience was unacceptable and highly misleading compared to what was advertised online.
