8.0I was attempting a conference in the Misr University of Science and Technology just opposite the hotel. My one week stay was safe and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was courteous. I enjoyed my stay here.

10.0We really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Not pushy at all. The rooms are stylish, clean and serviced daily. There are good restaurants right by the entrance, a bank to change money and best of all, a Covid testing lab that gave us PCR results within 13hrs and it cost $100. The lab is about 15 yards from the hotel entrance and on the same floor. We got rides with Uber and had no problems. I will gladly use the hotel again.
