4.0El personal del hotel, merece todo mi respeto, hicieron todo lo que estaba a su alcance para subsanar las muchas deficiencias de las instalaciones hotel.
− El hotel esta viejo, descuidado, sucio, en la habitación no había closet donde colgar ropa y el baño olía mal.
