− We were woken early in the morning to the sound of power drills directly above our room, so loud we could not even hear each other talking through the noise. It was like a building site. If we had known there was work going on we would not have stayed there. We ended up packing up and leaving early because the noise was horrendous and went on for the whole time we were showering/packing etc. nobody on reception when I went to check out so couldn’t speak to anyone. Messaged the number and asked for a refund for that night, but message was ignored.
