10.0Our stay at Bin Tang Penida Resort was absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect from the beginning until the end. The staff was incredibly welcoming, kind, smiling, and always attentive. They constantly checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and always made us feel comfortable and cared for. A special mention to the driver as well — always on time, very patient, professional, and super friendly throughout our stay. The rooms were extremely clean and very well maintained. You can really tell they care about hygiene and guest comfort. And the food… honestly, a huge thank you to the woman cooking there. Every meal was delicious, fresh, and made with care. You could really taste the quality and freshness of the ingredients. I truly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nusa Penida. Thank you again for such a beautiful experience — we will definitely come back!
