10.0Tündéri recepciósok. Isteni reggelik. Klassz a wellness . Tisztaság volt és mindig volt tiszta törülköző. Már első nap fejenként 3 db. Őszintén, ötödször szálltunk meg Gyulán és még egyszer sem voltunk ennyire elkényeztetve törülközőkkel.🥰Egyszer vacsoráztunk is. Nagyon finom volt minden és igényes a tálalás. A szemünknek is nagyon tetszett. 😉

− Rossz volt a légkondicionáló az épületben. Nem lehetett a szobákban szabályozni a hőmérsékletet.

− A szállás a Várfürdő képeivel hirdeti magát, ami megtévesztő. Wellness hotelként hirdetik magukat, ami egy jakuzzi és egy szauna egyszeri használatát jelenti. Nem rendelkeznek ennél több wellness lehetőséggel. Ennek a két lehetőségnek is az egyszeri használata ingyenes, további szolgáltatásokért felárat kérnek.
