2.0Lo staff si è dimostrato molto gentile e cordiale.
− La posizione dell'hotel: si trovava in una zona vicino alla stazione. Il problema principale è la scarsa insonorizzazione delle stanze: il rumore del treno era molto forte anche con la finestra chiusa. Per accedere alle camere c'è un ascensore piccolo, con la moquette pure sui muri: fa venire la claustrofobia anche a chi non ci soffre. Il problema peggiore, comunque, è stata la puzza persistente di muffa. Appena abbiamo aperto le porte delle stanze siamo stati colpiti da una folata di cattivo odore, di muffa probabilmente, e ci siamo portati il cattivo odore per tutto il nostro soggiorno in hotel. Un odore davvero persistente e sgradevole.

Worth it to stay, easy access and great value especially with breakfast!
9.0Loved the breakfast- great intro to a traditional Japanese breakfast. Great location, close to Uguisudani station. Staff were very friendly.
− There were a couple of items left from the previous guest; a used bandage and a sanitary pad. The rest was clean though.

6.0Sicuramente la zona! Vicinissima alla Yamanote line e quindi molto utile; vicino anche alla Nippori Station, dove anche il quartiere che la circonda offre moltissimo. Nelle vicinanze tanti combini e supermercati. Lo staff super gentile e disponibile, anche le signore che preparano la colazione. Questo è un aspetto di punta. Drink all'ingresso anche molto apprezzati.
− La struttura necessita di qualche rinnovamento, e andrebbe curata un pochino di più la pulizia. Avevamo prenotato una stanza Deluxe, ma era tutto fuorché quello che ci aspettavamo. Piccola e veramente obsoleta.
