9.0Ótima localização e atendimento dos funcionários. Quarto muito espaçoso, limpo, gostamos.muito do mimo que deixaram pra nossa família e do café da manhã que estava delicioso também.
− Pretendíamos usufruir mais a piscina com nossos filhos , mas por fim achamos o piso do entorno muito liso e água/ambiente não estavam tão quentinhos o que não tornou a experiência tão proveitosa.

10.0Fizemos a festa de 70 anos da minha mãe no hotel e nos hospedamos em vários quartos... o time da recepção, da reserva (Elaine), do eventos (Kamilly, Alex, Roberto, etc) foram sensacionais, Parabéns!!

10.0Estivemos no Bourbon por três noites e correu tudo muito bem. Quarto agradável com decoração de bom gosto. Banheiro, pequeno mas de ótima iluminação e bom amenities. Cama e travesseiros confortáveis. Café da manhã com variedade de frutas, pratos quentes, bebidas frias e quentes. Ambiente agradável e serviço atencioso. Neste quesito, parabenizo desde time da recepção como de quarto e restaurante. A localização do hotel é excepcional pois é próximo dos principais pontos turísticos do centro e restaurantes. Excelente estada!
