8.0The pool/spa area was very clean. Staff was helpful. Area was very nice on on side but a little noisy on the other side. Restaurant/pub was very good. Within a hardy walk of City Center. I would stay there again.

6.0It's a very old hotel and no air conditioning. It was a fan in the room. There is a sign that says no outside food allowed. But the restaurant is open for a very limited time in the evening.

6.0When we first arrived, I did explain to them because of the Travel hours. I have booked an extra night and asked was a refund offered. The lady laughed at me and said I don’t think so not in a nice way at all. Secondly, going to our room was very dark and scary we were all the way in the back and lights didn’t come on till we were at our door felt unsafe. Open door to the rooms smelled like smoke the entire time we had to open our windows to get the smell out that didn’t help plus didn’t like having window opened. It was very dated place. Only one elevator working and only one restaurant available. The staff was pretty much nice and friendly if need be I would stay there again, but I would definitely need a different room. Add stated no smoking hotel. My husband had health issues so it was very difficult to stay in there Also be prepared that they don’t have normal US sockets and you’ll have to purchase adapters sockets if need be no way to charge your phone or anything like that. It was a very busy time so it seemed to be over priced for the stay.
