Exquisite Hotel I highly recommend for couples!
10.0Beautiful historic hotel! It was very clean, well maintained, and had high-end amenities, including a Nespresso machine in the room and plenty of lovely, nice-smelling soaps. The décor felt authentic and tasteful, which added to the charm of the property. The rooms are on the smaller side, but that is to be expected in a historic hotel. The front desk and bell staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Value for the money was good; we are Hyatt members and used partial points and part cash. There was no noise, a calm and quiet place to sleep. We also ate at Crossroads. The food tasted good, but unfortunately, we both had stomach aches afterward, so that part of the experience was disappointing.
Incredible stay and wonderful event
10.0One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had! The entire staff at the Carolina Inn went above and beyond for our event. At every turn, someone from the team was asking if we needed anything - it made for the most incredible event. Cannot thank them enough!

10.0The Carolina Inn was immaculate and the beds were super comfy. Well worth the price point. Will definitely stay again when visiting my child at college.
Too bad Caroline Inn had to become part of the Hyatt brand.
6.0For the price of the rooms, the least they could do is offer complementary coffee to guests in the morning and have the TVs working inthe bar

10.0Always a wonderful place to stay when visiting our UNC student. Close to everything, clean and wonderful service. Never disappoints!
