Overall the facilities were good but the check process was long as I wasn’t allocated my room til 4

− Room was not ready until 4 pm Jacuzzi bath did not work as the plug was not working so we could set a bath Sofa bed in room was dirty Iron board difficult to open, then wouldn’t go down Pictorial evidence for all above

9.0Second visit and we were nervous following previous guests reviews … however, it was great and we had the best holiday in Hideaway 😃loved our suite, staff were great and came home very rested !

Well checked in was loopy . You come to the front desk to than have you go over to this table to pay and to get your arm

9.0Steakhouse and breakfast were wonderful. Amenities were top notch. Entertainment was exciting. Overall feel and vibe of the property was great!
− Its a large property. A lot of walking. I suppose it's a good and bad thing.
