On the whole i enjoyed my 5 nights stay
9.0i like clean big main lobby and the basement carpark entrance where i can enter with my wheelchair
− No access for handicapped people from the front of hotel

5.0Quiet centralised. It's easy going to a lot of places by foot.
− Bedsheets and pillow cases were stained. Curtains torn and dusty. Windows also full of dust. Bath tub leaking water when showering. Kettle cover broken.
