− The hotel is very dated and in need of many repairs. It isn't very clean.
Good location but in need of updates and upgrades
4.0Close to Idlewild/Soak Zone but very dated and in need of a refresh! Pool was dirty and cloudy and hallways/lobby were hot and humid like there was no A/C working in the common areas. Tub wouldn't hold water and bathroom door wouldn't open all the way due to warped bathroom floor. Can be tolerated for a night or 2 but long term I would book elsewhere!

− hot breakfast items sat to long and were dry welcome books in the room were outdated and still showed "the Bistro" was still open this information should be updated to current availabilities
