2.0− customer service horrible - had to book a different location because they said they couldn't find our reservation but they had no problem charging us the for the room we never stayed in

3.0− customer service was horrible. paid for an extra night and when my crew arrived they said oh we dont have that confirmation number but we still got charged so now I have to fight it.

Lovely place to stay close to the Battlefield
9.0Had one night here to see the Shiloh Military Battlefield and it was in a great location, not too far. Near a few bars and restaurants aswell as a Dollar general. Reception staff were super friendly, breakfast was very nice considering it was complimentary, and room was nice and modern.
