− The room was dirty and the towels had an awful smell. There was human hair everywhere.

4.0The bed was made, comfy, and the AC was easy to control. Free breakfast was delicious and the room was clean and spacious. Neighbors weren't too loud and the water pressure and amount of towels given were great.
− Our bathroom door in room 112 was completely broken and opening/closing it was a huge struggle. We couldn't lock it most of the time- limiting privacy. Room service also didn't clean our room and the phone outlets were extremely dirty.
