− Floor was soaked with water from ac asked several days if our account was good we stayed a additional night they said yes up to check out asked if everything was good so we could get deposit back she said yes 3 hrs later they try to recharge us

− The room was kind of stuffy
It was horrible!!!!!!

− The room was not good, the bed was very damp and when I went to the front to inform them I was told that they could give me (the guest) new bedding to change it. They gave me new stuff and again the comforter was wet…. We ended up with two double blankets for the night. My husband went to the pool to relax and found the water was green and had stuff floating in it!!! Needless to say he did not go swimming! This was that absolute worst place we have ever been to and will never ever go to another one!

5.0Breakfast was great, staff was wonderful. Around The bathtub there was mold and mildew, not enough towels and bath cloths, and asked for more pillows but did not have any available.
