I felt like I was being nickeled & dimed for everything.

− Overpriced for what you got. No free breakfast as advertised, you had to pay for parking, rooms were average, shower was well below average. Insult to injury, though I was on the top floor, there was someone dragging bodies around above me. I had to complain to the front desk.

− que compramos la reserva con desayuno incluido y al llegar al hotel nos indicaron que hace mas de un año no tienen incluido el desayuno y nos tuvimos que comunicar con ustedes para que nos solucionaran, pero ellos nunca aceptaron fueron ustedes los que nos tuvieron que aceptar esta falla por parte de ellos.
