I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

− We had a non smoking room that reeked of smoke. When we complained to staff they gave us another room that smelt of mold. The third room they gave us smelt fine but didn’t have working ac (we are in the middle of a heat wave and it’s a high of 95 degrees). We ended up having to stay in the room that smelt of cigarette smoke. No other action was taken to rectify the situation. I had difficulty breaking and was congested the entire time I was in the room. As soon as I left I was fine.

The bed was comfortable

− We called ahead, because we were going to be arriving earlier than expected. We were told that there would be an extra fee for early check in, which we were fine with. When we arrived, an hour and a half early, we were told our room was not ready and that it would not be ready until the 3:00 normal check in time!! When we came back, the person checked us in, gave us our keys, but never informed us about breakfast, pool hours or any other information needed. We then planned to find a restaurant to eat breakfast. When we went to check out, there was actually continental breakfast!! The carpets are filthy dirty, the hair dryer, blew all the gfci outlets, so no hair dryer to do our hair, no information in the room about the amenities, places to eat, nearby attractions. The TV had very minimal channels AND the volume button on the remote did not work. There are huge scratches and dings on the walls (not a huge deal, as long as we don't get charged for any damages!) The bathtub has no anti- slip grips, nor any handicap bars to help from falling. The kleenex box has a holder, built into the wall, in the bathroom, but it's literally the best metal box (looks like something I made in shop 7th grade shop class!) There was no cover to hold the box in place, so when I needed a tissue, the box fell onto the counter top. This hotel DEFINATELY needs to be updated and cleaned.

− Over night staff was sleeping on the couch in the lobby. Blood on my mattress. Mold in bathroom

Location was easy

− Dingy, not clean, front desk staff not engaging, Tub was clogged. Couldn't use shower after first day of stay. Then bugs floating in water that wouldn't go down the drain.

Would stay at if your in a pinch other wise would not recommend

Great location clean pool

− Our first room the ac was broken and the bathroom was not cleaned and with the room we stayed it there was black mold in the bathroom

Staff was always around if needed. Place was clean, comfortable and so convenient being right off the interstate.
