− The room was not cleaned very well. Bathroom floor was dirty
For a concert in New Orleans at the Joy Theater
9.0Balcony. Even though it's small and not as large as in the pictures (only 1 room on each floor looks like that) you will have 2 seats. No side table room but at least you can be outside & hotel has a good location. Believe me if you like a balcony room in New Orleans this is already a big plus. Next time I'll find out what the room #'s are for the bigger balcony spaces since they look really fine.

10.0Really is a special place. Beautiful building, attentive staff, amazing atmosphere. Around the block from bourbon Street, but we didnt hear any noise from it. Courtyard was pretty and peaceful. We hope to return someday.
