− The price was to high for what you received, the bed was feeling like it was going to fall apart, the room had ants the sink needed to be unplugged. Parking was being charged daily just more fees to worry about.
When I entered the room, I was shocked to find two spiders inside. I will attach photographs as evidence. Unfortunately,

− When I entered the room, I was shocked to find two spiders inside. I will attach photographs as evidence. Unfortunately, I was extremely tired after my journey and was not in a position to report the issue to the hotel management that evening. The following morning, I attempted to take a shower, but the water pressure was so weak that it was impossible to shower properly. To make matters worse, the water was also cold. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience. Considering the condition of the room and the lack of basic facilities, I do not believe the amount I paid represents fair value, and I am genuinely dissatisfied with my stay. I would appreciate it if you could review my complaint and consider providing appropriate compensation or a refund.

− Практически все, санузлы в плохом состоянии, несколько раз «забывали убраться в номере» , очень плохая уборка, не пылесосил пока не попросишь, запах травки в коридоре, около бассейна беспорядок, грязные лежаки, конечно же это далеко не 4 звезды.
