8.0Though a bit of a walk to town, it was comfortable and safe. We did have issue with the plumbing in the kitchen sink and it would have been nice to have instructions for how to use the gas appliances because we struggled with the stove and ended up accidentally turning off the hot water tank without realizing so no hot shower in the morning. Overall a nice place; would probably stay again. Of note: El Calafate has a whole bunch of friendly dogs that will follow you along for walks and hangout at the cabin. We enjoyed this, making friends on our adventures! None of the dogs we met were vicious to us, though they do want food (most looked like they didn't need it though haha)

2.0They said they would send me instructions a month prior to my stay and never emailed or texted me until 2 hours after I came to El Calafate. Then they wouldn’t even attempt to refund. Never go here people are rude. If they simply will refund for their error it is understandable. Instead they are telling me I should’ve researched out when I did and they said they will message me.
