− Bastante barulho exterior vindo da estrada principal, para os mais sensíveis pode ser uma razão para não conseguir dormir.
Recomendo e hei-de voltar a usar!

− Manque d’isolation phonique , la machine à café est à remplacer et le sol de la terrasse est à refaire et faire attention au câble électrique qui est au niveau de la tête
