I was put in a room that had a window to the atrium and backed up to the elevator. It was very noisy most of the night.

10.0It was all great overall, had a great experience with front desk "James" very helpful and accommodating. James got us early check in so we can get ready for my nephews wedding ceremony.

Won't use booking.com again. Won't stay at the hotel again.
2.0Rooms were clean.
− Booking.com and hotel offerings didn't match. I paid for continental breakfast through booking, the hotel said they didn't see that on my reservation. Still had to pay $35/day for parking. Room didn't have toilet paper. Had to call and ask for it. It never came.i chased down a cleaning lady in the hall to get some.
