2.0There were cockroaches. One huge one on the floor and several dead under the mattress. My husband reported it to the staff and they said “there’s nothing we can do about it since you booked through Expedia.”

2.0Overall, it was a terrible experience. We arrived late at night with a lot of luggage. There was no elevator to assist us in getting our luggage upstairs. When we finally did get everything into our room, we tried to use the sink and the shower. Neither would drain at all!! You would have to stand in a foot of water in order to take a shower. We asked for more towels, and the staff gave my husband a towel stained with a yellow substance. Additionally, the floors were sticky and the sheets had small hairs in them. The only reason I booked this motel was because of past reviews about cleanliness. This was highly inaccurate.

10.0Gnats everywhere. My room only had a few. But the wonderful lady at desk warned it was gnat season!! I slept very comfortable! Would stay here again.
