7.0Our room was on the same floor as the laundry which was handy.
− The hotel and finishes were quite basic, not as polished as the photos indicated. The hotel restaurant was closed both days we were there (Monday/Tuesday) apart from serving buffet breakfast which was surprising given the amount of people in Cairms. Our room overlooked the roof of the restaurant despite having a "pool view".
Perfect! I would love to go back and book at benson, so tidy, very good house skipping, friendly customer services.
