We were insulted by your stai

− The person in the office told my wife when we were trying to check in that we were not allowed to stay there any longer that somebody that looked like me had shit and peed on a bed which had never happened. I should have canceled right then and there but I was tired and wanted to go to sleep. The person in your office needs better training how Dare him accused me of things that never happened
Scam hotel, horrible place horrible service horrible staff never stay here even if it is for free!
1.0− The room was not in a condition that a human being could stay. There was a constant noise from the heater that could not have been turned off. Bathroom was mouldy, and there was even a hole in the wall! We could not have stayed there so asked the staff to change our room or get a refund. They said they are fully booked so could not offer us a new room. They told us to put a request to cancel with refund through booking.com and they would approve our request. Believing their words, we booked another place and left the hotel after placing our request for refund. GUESS WHAT? THEY LIED! They did not approve the refund request and we were fully charged for a room that we never stayed! NEVER EVER STAY HERE
