I probably will not stay there again

The location was close to space Coast Stadium

− The first room we cannot get into the door was locked from the inside the second room water was dripping from the ceiling

Our overall stay was good. I am a repeat customer so I will be back again.

1) The entire staff was very nice and accommodating to our needs. 2) The check in & out process was very good. 3) Rooms were well kept and very clean.

− I realize you you were renovating the rooms but... 1) Our AC stopped working and they had to move us to a different room. Our bathroom sink had several large cracks in it. 2) You only have 1 elevator and it stopped working 2 different times. It created a long line of guests waiting to go to their rooms. We had to climb stairs to 3rd floor and my mother uses a walker so it was very difficult for her to climb stairs to the 3rd floor. We also helped another elderly couple with the same problem. While you're renovating, consider adding a 2nd elevator if possible.

Large room, comfortable bed, fridge, microwave. Prompt service if any problems. Great loacation

− Couldn't use the laundry, not working while we were there. We booked for use of laundry, so we needed to be told before we booked.

The air is very noisy. And in the morning you can hear all the noises from everywhere.

Chegamos ao hotel sujo, mal cheiro e pra nossa surpresa o quarto tinha apenas 01 cama de casal pequena, sendo que reservamos pelo booking e pagamos por isso 01 quarto com 2 camas grandes porque somos em 4 Pessoas , eu meu esposo e meus 2 filhos e simplesmente não tinha mais quarto ,não tinha colchão, não tinha cama nada, isso já eram 23 hrs pq chegamos em Miami às 18 saímos do aeroporto às 19 e dirigimos 4 horas pra não ter onde dormir

− Não tinha quarto e reservei 3 meses antes
