8.0The building was older but well maintained. Room was large and very clean.
Easy access - good parking.
8.0Left before breakfast. Appreciated that there was a washer dryer to use BUT no one had quarters OR soap to buy so suggest that gets figured out. Also elevator wasn’t working - these things happen BUT a sign out of order would be helpful. I read before booking there was a jacuzzi BUT not anymore. No bottle opener available at front desk - simple fix. Staff very nice!

− Experience was awful. Elevator was not working. Night Manager basically said we could leave...but when I mentioned I prepaid...he said call booking.com and walked away. Did not offer anything...and disappeared. Pitiful

− Only complaint was tv didnt work( had just gotten new tv hooks up ) we were offered options to fix said problem.
