The awesome staff made an inferior room tolerable.
3.0Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
− Difficult to find Shilo Inn due to no signage. Going through renovation, amenities such as the pool inaccessible, A/C unit inefficient (hot in room), carpet stains throughout the room, torn window coverings.

− Inside of hotel looked and felt very old. I went during construction but it was for the outside. Hopefully they will work on he inside as well. I wouldn't stay here again.

2.0Lage war gut.
− Es ist eine Baustelle! Laut, teils staubig. Pool ist geschlossen. Frühstücken muss man in der Lobby, wo es viel zu wenige Sitzplätze gibt, zu sich nehmen. Einmal gab es nicht mal mehr etwas Warmes, weil die Geräte für das Rührei und das Fleisch kaputt war. Übrigens: der Toaster hat drei Tage nicht richtig funktioniert.

Please note the property only accepts dogs. Guests traveling with pets are subject to an additional fee of USD 20 per stay and a maximum of two dogs per room.
Please be sure to check for road closures during winter months. Highway 120 (Tioga Pass) typically closes from late October until late May. When the Tioga Road is closed, it is not possible to drive to Tuolumne Meadows or enter Yosemite National Park from the east. All other park entrances, including those along Highway 120 from the west, Hetch Hetchy, Highway 140, and Highway 41, remain open all year.
Pet fee is $35 per pet, per night.
We are going through a renovation so exterior has on-going construction on weekdays 8A-4P, spa & sauna are not available at the moment.
There will be a $50 incidental charge upon check-in which they will receive at the end of their stay typically within 1-2 days.
