Didn’t get a room!!!
1.0− We drove 7 hours and they told us they over booked and did not have a room for us!! Blamed it on booking.com and didn’t even try to help or accommodate us!! I don’t know who’s to blame but the gal told me they over booked the weekend prior by 28 rooms- how does that happen?? Sounds like to me this should have already been figured out!! A very frustrating experience😞
