Beautiful location with some needed improvements.
8.0Come for the location, beautiful views of the ocean, beautiful grounds, and cute cottages. Comfortable beds and recliners to stare out at the sea. Bathroom needs updating and had an issue with flies in the bathroom, some living and some previously smooshed on the walls. Service is minimal, no one was present to get towels during our one time looking for them.

Beautiful stay by the ocean
10.0Beautiful views, very clean and comfortable rooms all with sweeping ocean views. Can’t beat the short walk to Nauset beach. Had our AC unit break and while they couldn’t fix it the same day they offered us a move to an open room.
