6.0The staff were helpful and did assist us when needed, the beach was nice
− Unfortunately, the hotel was nothing like the photos. It was very old and rundown, with poor maintenance. The road leading to the property was a muddy track and our car struggled to get through. The area surrounding the hotel did not feel safe. The advertised kitchenette was misleading, with only a kettle, cups, plastic spoons and a fridge, but no cutlery or crockery. There was also no washing machine as listed. One room had a duvet while the other only had a blanket, the sofa was uncomfortable, the TV did not work, one AC unit was broken, and the windows did not lock properly, which was a security concern.
