10.0Room was clean and nice. The only thing was that the toilet in our room was way too far from the bathroom where a sink with soap was. But other than that everything was great.

10.0We had a fantastic 3 night stay. It was so close to kyoto station that we could get to everywhere easily. The staff were lovely and helpful. We also loved watching the shinkansens come in and out of the station from our window.

10.0I stayed with our family of four (two teenagers) and there was more than enough space for all of us. There was a bunk bed and two twin beds, but you could also set up the kitchen couch as a bed too. The location is perfect. It’s right across the street from Kyoto station and it was easy to get to places in Kyoto as well as day trips to Nara, Uji and Lake Biwa. We were able to walk (about 20 minutes) to some of the major sights as well. There are 7/11s on both sides, so we picked up coffee and snacks from there. The front desk helped us deal with a dental situation and was amazingly helpful. They saved the trip!
