Disappointing room, stains on mattresses, no water and ignored complaints
1.0Absolutely nothing! Gross and below British standard.
− Disappointing room and ignored complaints My stay at Leman House in July was very disappointing. The room was poor quality, the water pressure was low and even stopped during showering, and there were stains on the mattress. After attempting to move me a third time(!), I declined to stay for the third night and requested a refund for that unused night. I sent so many messages to the property, all of which went unanswered. Booking.com became involved at the end of July, but my complaint remains unresolved. The lack of response has made an already disappointing experience worse. Based on both the room conditions and the handling of my complaint, I would not stay here again. This is not a normal English guesthouse. It was that of a third world country, where health standards are not UK level.
