6.0The staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was included. There is a pool
− Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn’t actually cool the room. It was like a fan setting and the cooling function wasn’t working. The staff tried to fix it for us and had a technician come and fix it, but it still didn’t work so it wasn’t suitable for us to stay. The staff kindly organised a refund and we were able to go somewhere else which we appreciated, however I think the property needs to invest in air conditioners that work, as that the island is so hot

8.0Notre chambre avait une petite terrasse qui donnait sur la piscine. Nous avons apprécié l’espace autour de la piscine qui est agréable et bien aménagé. La chambre est correcte, la douche est séparée des toilettes par un mur, ce qui évite de tout mouiller.
− Nous avons loué auprès de l’hôtel un scooter qui était en mauvais état. Le restaurant attenant n’est pas du tout à la hauteur (pâtes beaucoup trop cuites et très fades).
Ottima base per la crociera al parco di Komodo
8.0Il trasferimento da e per l’aeroporto è compreso nel prezzo della camera, un’attenzione non da poco. Struttura immersa nel verde. Lontana dal centro, vicina all’aeroporto. Stanze essenziali, io l’ho usata come base prima e dopo la crociera di tre giorni a Komodo lasciando le valigie. Bella la zona piscina con asciugamani compresi. Personal gentile e disponibile. Buona colazione e i piatti, anche italiani, proposti dal ristorante. Da dire assolutamente: la gentilezza di Paola, gestore della struttura, che mi ha portato di corsa il caricabatterie del cellulare, dimenticato in stanza, all’aeroporto.
− Qualche visitatore notturno in stanza (gechi), ma in mezzo al verde non c’è da meravigliarsi.
