− 残念ながら 露天風呂が壊れて入れなかった
満足のお宿でした

− トイレの出入り口が狭かった。

9.0客室半露天風呂付きでお部屋もとても広く、床暖房も付いているのは安く感じました。 とてもゆったりと過ごすことが出来ました。
− 室内のシャワーのお湯が安定しなく、浴びれないくらいの熱湯が出たりぬるかったりしたのが少し残念でした。

− トイレに手洗い、もしくは洗面台がなくて部屋の反対方向の洗面台まで。手は洗いに行かなければならなかったこと。

4.0ディナーは規模こそ大きくはなかったが、お刺身は美味しかった。補充もスムーズで良かった
− 客室の浴室の清掃が全く行き届いていない。 せっかくの温泉地のホテルで、浴室があれではいけないと思う。
