− Chambre de cité U avec douche sur le palier au prix d’un 4 étoiles... Petit déjeuner spartiate.

8.0We wanted to book the cottages which were sold out for our dates, so we had to settle for 2 rooms. the rooms did have everything that we needed; though the space was very tight. We appreciated the clean common areas with kettle, microwave, fridge and enough seating area so we could hang out with our family. The staff was very friendly and helped us with all our questions. Overall our stay was good, but I felt we paid a lot of money for 2 small rooms. I get we are in a remote location and we spent more time outside rather than inside; still the price was very high for the size of rooms. Family enjoyed breakfast which included waffles :)

Please note that this is a nonsmoking guest house. You are welcome to smoke outside by the entrance. In accordance with Icelandic law, smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the hotel premises. Management has extended the ban to include the use of e-cigarettes. Contravening this ban inside the hotel premises may result in a charge of 350 EUR to be added to your room bill.
