− THE ,NON SMOKEY ROOM , THE BROKEN WARBROBE. MOULDY WINDOW,THE COLD BREAKFAST,DUSTY TABLE, UNSTEAD CHAIR,THAT I COULDNT SIT ON.
Great for working travellers and people heading to Heathrow the next day.
8.0I have stayed the night here on several occasions whenever I am working in the London area the next day. It's a good value, clean, comfortable place to stay with free parking and a nice cooked breakfast. I stayed in room 9 - technically the booking was for a shared bathroom but that room actually has its own shower and basin - lucky! The management have thoughtfully put fans in the rooms in view of the hot weather, but just opening the windows was enough. They only serve breakfast, but there are loads of places to eat just a short walk away on the main road.
− Despite the hot weather the beds are still fitted with quilts - not the best option for a comfortable night's sleep. I would have appreciated having a sheet as an alternative. You get a hand and bath towel, but not a bath mat - unless you are prepared to use your hand towel instead.

− I asked if I could go through the back door of the building where breakfast is served as my car was directly outside the door. I was told its locked - which is fine but it seems crazy to not offer to unlock it when you have a guest with a suitcase, 3 additional bags, a toddler and a travel stroller (which i couldn't use because of the space in the area). It wiuld have been so helpful but instead left me with a horrible impression. I was given an upgrade with a shower in the room which was nice, but the shower was filthy.
