9.0The room was plenty comfortable and the hotel itself is nicely appointed. The staff were amazing, being able to provide service in Kazakh, Russian, and English. The breakfast buffet was also great.

9.0Останавливаемся не первый раз. Все хорошо. Две комнаты. Но в этот раз окна в спальне выходили на крышу(возможно ресторана). Одну-две ночи переночевать- хороший вариант.

7.0It is an OK hotel, bit dated, but acceptable. There is an indoor swimming pool and spa and gym next to it for which you get as hotel guest free entrance.
