8.0Location ,location ,location is just what you need to stay .
− Long waiting time for breakfast ,empty buffet plates , due to really not many staff doing everything at once,, overwellmed by the amount of guests. Worse I have ever seen in many hotels I have stayed .. they really need to hire more staff .

− The floor in the room is everyday dirty. The room didn't even have slippers, which were necessary.

9.0Sehr nettes Personal, superzentrale Lage. Sehr sauber. Wer mit Auto kommt: die Tiefgarage ist zwar 2,10 hoch, aber sehr eng. Mit einer V-Klasse nichts für Ungeübte. Preis war recht hoch, aber die Lage entschädigt. Sehr hundefreundlich. Gutes Frühstück.
