4.0Location was good for us and quick to get in. Desk person was very helpful.
− Pool was out of order. Breakfast was slim. Juice machine was out of commission. Saw small cockroach or two in the breakfast area. Hotel needs some TLC.. kind of grubby.
Need 2 free nights at a different hotel couldn’t even stay there

4.0Dont go here. Card key turned off after one day stay. Food in stairwell. Elevator not working sat morn. Breakfast had waffles all else looked un appetizing

10.01st room they gave us the TV didn't work at all. Gave us another room that hair dryer doesn't. Smells like dog in the room. No plug plug for bath tub. The stairs had throw up on the stairs. Plus dirty hand towels on the stairs.staur very nasty n stinks of mode The door handle on 1st floor fell off as I tried to get the door open the elevators was broken, management was told about it and never make any attempt to make any changes to fix anything. Housekeeping never seen at all during our stay n only 1 towel for 4 people, air conditioner don't work. Hear a dog barking When we would leave the room. Homeless people all around outside asking for money. Door from outside into building is broken as out of order complete fire hazards .
Sorely Dissapointed
2.0Room 334. Bleach-stained hallway carpet led to our room. Couldn't use the luggage rack because the refrigerator rested on it, with the microwave on top and an ice bucket like a cherry on top. Bathroom molding had mold on it. Tub lacked a stopper, so I guess a shower was the only option. Did not even go into the bathroom except to use the toilet. Thank goodness the sink was outside the bathroom. Bedding was comfortable. Didn't eat the breakfast, nothing looked appetizing. Upon check-out, my reservation had someone else's name tied to it, so it took time to straighten that out. Upon arrival to the hotel, trash cans overflowing with garbage greeted us. Thank goodness we were only staying overnight. Dissapointed with this property which carries the LaQuinta name.
