1.0− Unfortunately it is an unsafe place, my wife got severe head injury and lacerations, she had several stitches. It all happened after we have visited the roof ( their employee recommended us to go there), when going down the stairs she grabbed the chain for support and a piece of concrete fell on her head from the roof! The funniest thing - hotel management blamed us for what happened from the beginning. Cannot recommend! (Trying third time to attach some photos).
You need to have lot of patience if you are going to stay here.
3.0Great location, and some staff (Chamika, as far as I remember, and the F&B supervisor) are trying their best to do the job. The lake suites are relaxing.
− 1. Staff: Other than the 2 people I have mentioned, these people are clueless. We were shocked to see that it is a Teardrop property. The check-in took 1 hour. No one paid attention, so we had to ask 'Are you guys going to do anything about us or not?' 2 . Quality of the property: Bathrooms are not cleaned properly, and the property needs maintenance. Initially, we booked a tower room, but the window broke down, and the AC was not working properly either. So we had to request another room.
