8.0The property was very nice, clean and everyone was friendly. It was a great location just a quick walk to the beach. The only thing I would like more of was more of a selection for breakfast such as bagels and toast.

2.0There was a RAT in my room. We moved the pull out couch to see if the rat had ran behind it, and we found a large amount of RAT FECES. We also found a RAT TRAP under the bed, meaning the property knew they had a rodent problem and still rented out the room. The property refunded only the second night, which was not adequate given the large amount of RAT FECES AND THE PRESENCE OF A RAT IN OUR ROOM.

6.0We lied how close it was to the beach and other activity. We didn’t like the beds and the AC was too small. The breakfast was just a box of cereal or oatmeal, or make it yourself coffee. The beds were old and the shower was small. Not as clean as we expected but mot real dirty either. Overall it was a 3 star out of 5.

6.0Room was clean, but worn and in need of update ( and I like shabby chic) House next door (15 ft away) was being built by this owner and he was hammering at 0700 Friday am. I had 3 kids for breakfast ( all self serve) and milk for cereal had outdated 10 days earlier.
