Terrible experience!

Do not stay this property! It is not up kept at all. We walked into the room to find a hole in the wall, and the chair was covered in stains and holes in the sheets. We should’ve known at that point to turn around and try to get a refund, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. We went down to use the pool and there was a film of foam on top of the pool. That evening, we went to make up the sofa bed and there were no sheets. we called down to the front desk as we were ready for bed and they said they were too busy to come up. We had to go down and get the sheets. When we open the sofa bed, the mattress was so beat up that you could see the springs in between. We went down to let the staff know about issues and he said he understood and then walked away from us and said that we should move to another hotel the next day since we were unhappy. The next morning at breakfast we went down, and there were no yogurts left only an hour and a half into breakfast. People were told It was just an overall terrible experience, which I have never had anywhere that I have stayed and we have travelled too many different countries and cities. We would never stay here or recommend anyone else staying here. they could not get yogurt as it was already at its maximum. By the time we left at 9 AM which still had an hour left into breakfast the muffins were gone as well as the yogurts. Most of the toast and bagels were finished as well and did not look like they were being replenished. I have never been so disappointed in a hotel in all the times I have traveled between the staff, cleanness of hotel, and just overall not upkeep in the rooms, etc. I would never recommend anyone staying here.

Power was completely out whole time i was there experienced cold showers, food going bad because of no refridgeration... As well as me and my significant had to sit in the complete dark for hours.....

la palestra !

− Colazione molto scarsa ,la pulizia della camera è stata inesistente ,dopo 4 giorni che ho alloggiato sono dovuto andare alla Reception per chiedere di pulirmi la camera e cambiarmi le salviette ,corridoio dell'albergo sempre sporchi con sacchetti di immondizia davanti alle porte, e le porte tutte nere di manate e appiccicose.
