− AC l/ heating didn't work, very basic room, toilet/ shower room was clearly a DIY job by a blind person with no thumbs and parkinsons. Extractor fan cover missing with electrics exposed but hey,,,, it worked.

3.0Location ideal for our purposes - near Tube and friends we were visiting. Towels and sheets were clean.
− Carpets had not been cleaned, toe/fingernail clippings found. After checking in while resting there was a very loud foul-mouthed altercation between people in a car and those outside which was to the extent, we considered calling the police as there may have been a breach of the peace. We decided to go out to be away from this unpleasant incident. (We were in a ground floor room, and the incident was directly outside on the driveway).
