10.0Everything was very good, but my favorite part of the hotel was definitely the pool and outdoor area. The space was beautiful, relaxing, and very well maintained, and it made the stay feel especially enjoyable. The hotel also seemed to have very complete amenities. I did not have the opportunity to use the spa or the gym during this visit, but both looked very appealing, and I would definitely like to try them next time.

− The only area that could be improved is the breakfast, which could offer a little more variety and more generous portions.I also found the room rate to be somewhat high considering the location. While I understand the quality of the hotel, for a similar price you can often find hotels in the United States that offer more amenities or are located in more central areas. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would consider returning.

2.0My sister fell and sprained her ankle outside by the jacuzzi. The staff did amazing to help us as much as possible. It just made us very sad that it happened. LOVED THE STAFF AND FOOD!

− A lot of noise in the morning construction on top of the building or something I don’t know I’m a regular customer but this time also the pool and the jacuzzi was dirty
