No hot water

No hot water in the bathroom, it is not that it was not working, but there were no hot water pipes in either the tub/shower or sink

Amazing views

When we arrived Philip and Edgar were very welcoming and showed us the amazing views, unfortunately they were not aware of our hotels.com booking and had extended someone's stay in our room, we stayed in a different room and they were very apologetic but the soundproofing was not great and we were promised our reserved room for the next night, unfortunately the next morning the room had been given away again and it took most of the day to sort, however when we got into our room the views were great, it was very comfortable and the soundproofing was a lot better. We were able to chill on the balcony and felt very welcomed by Edgar, Philip and David, and Leslie helped me with some tea when I was ill. Bit of a walk into town but good to relax and be away from it all.
