Proprietatea este amplasată aproape de centru , este dotată cu smart tv , bucătăria este foarte bine echipată , baia este exact ca în fotografii iar dormitorul este un loc bun de odihnă

− We arrived at the property and found it infested with cockroaches. After contacting the host, the response was "I'll report this to the cleaning staff." We tried to stay, but it was impossible because the cockroaches were coming out from under the kitchen and out of the bathroom. So we left and reported it to the host who responded the next day saying “I'll talk to management and we'll let you know as soon as possible." They never contacted us again. After contacting Booking.com to file a complaint, they refused any offer of a refund (even a minimal one) and kept the money of people who didn't even sleep in the room. Siamo arrivati nella struttura e l’abbiamo trovata invasa dagli scarafaggi. Dopo aver contattato l’host la risposta è stata “lo farò presente allo staff delle pulizie”. Abbiamo provato a rimanere, ma era impossibile perché gli scarafaggi uscivano da sotto la cucina e dal bagno, quindi ce ne siamo andati segnalandolo all’host che ha risposto il giorno dopo dicendo “ne parlerò con la direzione e le faremo sapere quanto prima”. Non si sono fatti sentire mai più. Dopo aver contattato Booking per fare un reclamo hanno rifiutato qualsiasi tipo di accordo per offrire un rimborso (anche minimo) e si sono tenuti i soldi di persone che non hanno nemmeno dormito nella stanza.

− Pas respecté la réservation , choix du trulli, départ trop . On paye cher pour peu de temps 10 h dans le trulli!!!!
